Mindfully STRONGER
A gentle space to reconnect, restore, and build resilience
Many women who find their way here are carrying a quiet heaviness.
Inhale and exhale
Mindfully Stronger is a sanctuary for women and workplaces seeking calm, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing. I offer practical tools that help ease stress, calm the mind and cultivate a deeper sense of balance in everyday life.
You’re not alone
The constant pull of responsibilities, the mental chatter that never quite switches off, and the feeling of giving so much that there is little space left for themselves.
They are looking for a gentle pause, a place to breathe, soften, and feel supported rather than stretched. They want simple, grounding tools that help them feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to who they are beneath the busyness.
Above all, they are seeking a space that feels safe, warm, inclusive and deeply nourishing.
Supporting women, close to home
Based in East Grinstead and supporting women across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, Mindfully Stronger offers mindfulness practices, women’s circles and gentle guidance to help you reconnect, restore and build resilience.
Grounded in lived experience, not perfection.
I guide individuals towards balance, cultivating a sense of grounded wellbeing and resilience through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. With an authentic approach rooted in my own journey of overcoming stress and burnout, I discovered the transformative power of a regular mindfulness practice.
I offer practical techniques that are simple to incorporate into daily life, helping to ease stress, calm the mind and prevent burnout. My sessions encourage people to slow down, increase self-awareness, and develop a deep sense of relaxation.
I also hold sacred space for women through intimate women’s circles, offering time to pause, breathe, and find sanctuary away from the demands of daily life. These gatherings provide a nurturing environment for self-reflection, connection, and renewal, embracing the power of shared experience and connection.
My journey
After experiencing burnout myself, I discovered how transformative a consistent mindfulness practice can be. Now I support others in finding the same sense of ease and resilience.

What to expect
Spring carries a beautiful, energising sense of emergence; a natural turning towards light, movement, and exciting possibility.
After months of wintering, of going inward, conserving energy, and listening more deeply, this day retreat offers a gentle but powerful opportunity to begin preparing both body and mind for the season ahead.
Held in a private retreat space in Tonbridge, Kent, the Spring Awakening Day Retreat is intentionally designed to support you through this seasonal transition, helping you awaken physically, gain clarity mentally, and reconnect with what you’re ready to grow.
What to expect
Seasonal Yoga
We begin with grounding, revitalising yoga to gently awaken the body from winter stillness. This practice is designed to support circulation, energy flow, and nervous system regulation, helping you feel more open, present, and embodied as you step into spring.
Nourishment & Energy
You’ll be welcomed with a nourishing smoothie and energy ball, followed later by a wholesome, seasonal lunch. Food is an integral part of this day, supporting energy, balance, and a sense of being cared for, rather than rushed.
Vision Board Creation
Spring is the season of planting. Through intuitive vision board creation, with prompts to help you imagine, dream and create, you’ll be guided to clarify your intentions and plant the final seeds for the year ahead. This is not about forcing goals, but about anchoring what genuinely feels aligned and ready to grow.
Guided Meditation
A gentle meditation invites you to pause, integrate, and listen inward, creating space for insight, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection before moving into sound.
Restorative Sound Bath
The day closes with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle, integrate, and reset. Sound supports regulation on a physiological level, helping the body absorb the benefits of the day and leave you feeling calm, grounded, and deeply nourished.
This retreat is for those who feel the pull towards spring, ready to emerge from wintering, while staying rooted in what has been learned through rest, reflection, and recalibration. Leave feeling clear, grounded, and gently energised, resourced for the season ahead.
Investment: £120

What to expect
Our next women’s circle on Sunday 1 February, aligns with Imbolc, the Celtic festival celebrating the first signs of spring. It’s a time of new beginnings, gentle renewal, and planting the first seeds of what’s to come.
In the spirit of Imbolc, I’m honouring my commitment this year to not overcommit and support my own wellbeing. After being unwell throughout December and needing more time to catch up with myself, I’ve decided to reduce this gathering to a 2-hour women’s circle.
This gathering will offer:
– warming detox tea
– a gentle yoga flow
– a shorter creative intention‑setting practice
– a guided meditation
The exchange for this session will be £25. I also know this time of year can feel financially heavy, so I hope the shorter circle at a lower exchange feels supportive and accessible.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is mindfulness and how can it help me?
Mindfulness is the gentle art of paying attention to what is happening in the here and now. Without judging yourself for being a human with thoughts, feelings and the dramatic internal monologue. It helps reduce stress, build resilience, provide clarity, and create a piece of calm between you and the chaos of everyday life.
What is the difference between mindfulness and meditation?
Mindfulness is the skill of staying consciously aware of the present moment. Noticing thoughts, sensations and emotions as they arise, without getting swept away by them.
Meditation is a deeper practice that may intentionally take you on an inner journey, guiding you into the quieter, more subconscious layers of your inner world.
Do I need previous experience to join your sessions or gatherings?
Not at all. Everything I offer is beginner‑friendly, curiosity‑friendly and “I’ve‑had-a-long-week” friendly.
What if I find it hard to sit still?
Don’t worry, you are not alone. My sessions are not about sitting perfectly still like a serene statue with crossed legs; it’s about noticing what’s happening in and around you with kindness. Fidgeting, wandering thoughts, and “did I leave the oven on?” moments are all part of the practice.
Is mindfulness suitable if I’m dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout?
Yes absolutely. Mindfulness can be a supportive tool for grounding, calming the nervous system, and helping you feel safe. It’s not a replacement for professional mental health support, but it can be a beautiful companion alongside it.
What makes your approach different from other mindfulness teachers?
I feel passionately about making mindfulness relatable and accessible for all. No jargon, no perfectionism. I offer practical tools in a supportive space.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
The 8‑week mindfulness course, perfect for all adults, is a deep dive into a regular mindfulness practice.
My women’s circles/gatherings are designed for those women who feel they are carrying a quiet burden and are looking for a space just for themselves. A safe place of calm amidst chaos.
If your workplace needs a mental health wellbeing boost, the corporate workshops are ideal. And if you’re still unsure, I’m always happy to guide you, please get in touch.
Are your sessions trauma‑informed or neuro-inclusive?
Absolutely. I create spaces that honour different nervous systems, sensory needs and lived experiences. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
What should I bring to a session?
Your lovely self. A comfy cushion, a blanket, journal or notebook, your favourite mug if you have one. Rock up in your onesie if you feel inclined! Whatever helps you feel comfortable.
What happens in a women’s circle?
We practice mindfulness, breathe, move the body in the form of yoga or qi gong, we reflect, share (if you want to), and practice an intentional activity related to the season. You do not need to be spiritual to attend. All experiences are met with respect and without judgement
What kind of women attend your circles?
Women of all ages, backgrounds, and stories – united by a desire for relaxation, a pocket of calm and connecting with like minded women.
